Apr 25, 2022 · Additionally, MAKE SURE TO REINSTALL ANYDESK AFTER FIXING THIS IF YOU INSTALLED IT WHILE THEY WERE NOT CORRECT/SYNCED. If you installed while they were incorrect/out of sync it will not resolve the issue until you reinstall. EDIT: 12/5/23 - You may have to also delete the Any Desk folder in Program Data/Program Files manually as well.
Nov 2, 2021 · When the nag screen first appeared, it took many users by surprise and I think even the AD support staff. I emailed support about the screen and it took about 12 days to get a response and clear the nag. If they'd cut the price in half and maybe limit the number of attached computers, I'd consider paying for a subscription. $250US is just too high for my limited use.
May 16, 2023 · Can't connect to anydesk on Win10 if screen is locked? So this is a relatively recent thing & nothing was changed that I know in any of my anydesk settings when it started. It seems that if you have a win 10 remote machine with the screen locked, that you can't access the desk with anydesk running on your local one.
Nov 19, 2021 · Just have the same issue, and found out that the Ctrl+Alt + Del was disable in Anydesk>Settings>Security>Permission Profile. After check the box, disconnect and reconnect and now this option is enabled
